BayStartUP is the Bavarian startup network for startups, investors and corporates. With us, you will get to know the companies of tomorrow and take responsibility in an innovative and dynamic environment. 

With the Bavarian Business Plan Competitions, an extensive range of coaching services and Germany's largest investor network, we support startups from Bavaria in optimizing their strategy, building up their business and finding startup or growth capital. We maintain contact with business angels and venture capitalists throughout Europe. We combine passion for startups and innovation with our professional knowledge.

We do our jobs with passion. We value a pragmatic approach to sometimes complicated topics - whether in startup consulting, networking with our partners, dealing with investors or representatives from politics and industry.

What you can expect at BayStartUP

We value commitment and dedication. At BayStartUP you can expect an industry-standard to competitive salary structure. Benefits such as membership of Wellpass, flexible working hours and support for your pension scheme round off our offer. 

With us, you will work in bright and modern offices. They are located in Nuremberg in Tullnaupark and in Munich in the Munich Technology Centre (MTZ), which is also home to around 100 start-ups. The latest Windows laptops and mobile phones are a matter of course for us. Car parking spaces are available, as are good public transport connections.

The start-up world is constantly changing: new technologies, changing framework conditions, agile working. You will fit in with us if you are open to meeting new people and are willing to empathise with their stories, technologies and startup ideas. Taking on new perspectives, thinking out-of-the-box and questioning your actions, thinking things through to the end, a sense of responsibility, a strong entrepreneurial understanding: all of this is important to us. The desire to network and to speak in front of other people from time to time is essential for working at BayStartUP. Last but not least, of course, we have to have fun at work: we do what we do out of conviction!

We are a relatively small team of 25 colleagues, have a hands-on mentality, are prepared to develop potential independently and all pull together. With us, you have the opportunity to take on responsibility, find support for your ideas and manage projects independently.

At BayStartUP, you work in a dynamic startup environment out of conviction and are at the interface to a large part of the Bavarian and German startup scene. 

We support your further training and promote your professional development. Thanks to our proximity to the start-up and investor scene and the latest technologies and trends, you are always up to date and can expand your knowledge. We take a lot of time together for your induction and develop individual induction plans so that you can get off to a flying start.

We know that a good work-life balance is crucial for the performance and well-being of our employees. BayStartUP stands for flexible working hours and the option of hybrid working. To stay fit and healthy, we offer our team members a monthly subscription to the Wellpass. At our employee events, from wakeboarding and Christmas parties to cookery events, we let work be work for once.
