Together with the Gründerzentrum Digitalisierung Niederbayern, BayStartUP awarded prizes to the strongest startups in the business plan competition Ideenreich 2021.
The winners of the Business Plan Competition Ideenreich 2021 in detail
1st place: deep.rent GmbH
With its solution, the startup creates a deep mapping of legally and technically complex processes from the rental sector in the form of native apps (iOS/Android) with optional cloud connection. The first commercial solution is an app for carrying out flat handovers and flat repossessions with automated comparison of before/after conditions, documentation of defects with measures and photos as well as contactless signature of the documentation. With the optional cloud connection, property managers and PropTechs (companies that drive digitalisation in the housing industry) can integrate the deep.rent apps into their systems.
2nd place: Quimedo GmbH
Quimedo GmbH is facing up to the challenges posed by digitalisation in the healthcare sector and has set itself the goal of optimising, digitalising and simplifying analogue processes, saving time and thus also bundling resources and ultimately creating user-friendliness. With its core product Quimedo, the company contributes to the networking of regional institutions and companies in the health care sector and thus makes a significant contribution to a patient-oriented service concept.
3rd place: IFOX Systems GmbH
IFOX helps executives and lean managers to report waste in euros in order to better evaluate optimisations in advance. IFOX's software clearly separates operating expenses between costs that increase value creation and costs for waste. Figuratively speaking, it works similar to a body fat scale: at the push of a button, one learns how much "muscle mass" and how much "body fat" a company has and how the ratio can be optimised. This logic works for production and logistics processes as well as for administrative processes.
The Business Plan Competition Ideenreich
The business plan competition Ideenreich is a regional competition of the Bavarian Business Plan Competitions. It is aimed at startups from Lower Bavaria, Altötting and Mühldorf. All teams receive comprehensive written feedback on their ideas and business plans from an honorary jury of experts. The jury is made up of investors, entrepreneurs and experts from the startup scene. The top three teams in the Ideenreich business plan competition receive winner prizes totalling 2,250 euros.
