The nominees for the second phase of the Munich Business Plan Competition 2024 have been announced. These are their business ideas.

  • Audavis from Munich is a cloud automation and AI solution for annual audits and internal audits.
  • CertHub  from Munich enables medical devices to be brought to patients much more quickly and easily by automating regulatory work with the help of AI-supported software.
  • EpiCure from Munich is dedicated to the development of epigenetic therapeutics - above all carbacitabine - which are used to treat cancer, in particular leukaemia.
  • Fluvion from Munich develops biomimetic bioreactors to efficiently scale up epithelial cells and make them usable for industrial partners in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries, for example.
  • maple. from Kempten uses generative algorithms to generate optimised floor plans in just a few seconds, thereby significantly accelerating the planning process for buildings.
  • Neutron Star Systems from Munich uses superconductors to develop space mobility solutions to ensure sustainable and efficient operation in space.
  • Patalyze from Munich automates repetitive workflows for patent experts with generative AI to make tasks such as freedom-to-operate searches more cost-effective and precise.
  • Qualiwise from Deisenhofen is a B2B SaaS platform for visual, AI-supported collaboration in the area of supplier quality.
  • UNWARE from Ingolstadt is developing the future of virtual reality in companies (= Industrial Metaverse) for convenient and inclusive use without additional equipment on the body.
  • VORTEX from Munich is developing a vertical take-off long-range drone for middle-mile deliveries in the logistics chain.

Apply for phase 3 until 11 June

Founders from Southern Bavaria can still enter the third phase of the competition until 11 June 2024 - even if they did not take part in phase 1 or 2. The focus is on the team, roadmap and financial planning.

Award ceremony at the Startup Demo Night on 14 May 2024

From artificial intelligence and innovations in environmental and energy technologies to the latest approaches in medicine - 70 startups will be presenting this and much more live at the Startup Demo Night on 14 May at TonHalle München. On this evening, we will also be honouring the five winners from phase 2 of the Munich Business Plan Competition 2024. All nominated teams will be on site as exhibitors throughout the evening and look forward to your visit!
