In addition to the written expert feedback of several pages, the winners of the Northern Bavaria Business Plan Competition receive prize money of 22,500 euros.
The winners in detail
1st place: ING3D UG (limited liability)
On the basis of the 3D manufacturing process "Mineral Direct Laser Sintering", MDLS for short, developed by ING3D and for which a patent application has been filed, extremely light, non-combustible objects can be produced for the first time using additives. The mineral raw material used makes 3D printing more than 10 times cheaper and faster than, for example, plastic printing. Thanks to MDLS, industrial customers are able to realize efficiency gains, interface reduction in overall production and necessary aspects of fire protection, thermal insulation, sound insulation and weight savings in their products.
2nd place: SCIO Technology GmbH
SCIO Technology GmbH develops and manufactures customized battery systems in series. The patented manufacturing process enables an efficient production, the modular approach accelerates the time-to-market by up to one third. The maximum energy density, the space-saving design and the simple cooling concept offer manufacturers and suppliers higher ranges with less weight. The SCIO battery systems create a new level of performance, compactness and quality.
